SENSATIONAL CREATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERING

For Sensational Creations to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, billing address, delivery address and payment details. You agree to provide current, accurate and complete information. If your delivery details are incorrect you will not be entitled to a refund. Should you wish to send the flowers or gift hamper again it will be at full expense to you.

To avoid delays with processing your order, please ensure your credit card number is accurately entered into our secure online ordering system. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues, however please be advised that your order cannot be dispatched until payment has been confirmed and Sensational Creations are satisfied with the integrity of the order..

If ordering from a country other than Australia, you will be charged the equivalent of your order in local currency depending on conversion rates at that time.

Cancellation of Orders - Should you need to cancel your order, if notice is received by us 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date/time, your payment will be refunded less a fifteen dollar ($15) administrative fee. Cancellations received with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will be charged fifty per centum (50%) of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Refunds - As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call Sensational Creations to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Note: All refunds for orders placed online are credited back via the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
DELIVERY

Sensational Creations' normal delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday- Friday. We offer same day delivery for orders submitted before twelve (12pm) AEST.

For Saturday and Sunday deliveries please call us (+61 7) 3511 7750 to arrange special delivery.

A fifteen dollar ($15) flat rate applies to all deliveries.

Sensational Creations cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but we will make every attempt to fulfill your request.

As Sensational Creations is closed on public holidays, we will make your delivery on the next business day.

Sensational Creations can deliver flowers internationally via the Interflora system.
PRICES

All prices and charges displayed on the Sensational Creations' website are current at the time of display, but are subject to variation without notice.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product pricing and descriptions.

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery.

Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.

Containers are subject to availability on the day and may be substituted.

Sensational Creations collects personal data for the purpose of providing the services requested by you. Your information may also be used to inform you of additional products and services which may be of interest to you. Please note that all marketing material that is sent to you will include the option to request removal from our contact list.

Sensational Creations will not disclose your personal information to any organisation or person outside our company unless we are required by law to do so.

Sensational Creations operates secure data networks that are designed to protect your privacy and security. We will do our best to ensure that any information provided by you and relating to you as an individual is held secure in a manner designed to protect information from internal and external access by anyone other than specifically authorised Sensational Creations' staff. We will also endeavour to keep any personal information as accurate and up to date as possible.
ANONYMITY
As a Sensational Creation's customer you have the right to remain anonymous except in those transactions (such as credit card or PayPal) where personal information is required to complete such transactions. In the case of deliveries we will not disclose the sender information to the recipient unless specifically requested to do so by you.
REGISTERED CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You may register as a Sensational Creations' customer when placing an order online. You then agree to maintain and update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy at all times and you may update, edit or terminate your customer account at any time. As a registered customer you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password and agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership account and password.
